Comments: We have done several projects in our home over the years using different contractors and I can say that Clean Cut was by far the best experience we have had. Our projects consisted of a complete bathroom renovation, a new deck and a sunroom. Chris met with us, listened to our ideas and vision, and then quickly came back with a detailed proposal. Most contractors just email you a generic proposal with a price. Chris took the time to come back to our home and walk us through the construction process, describing the materials he planned to use and what we can expect from the finished product. He offered a couple of really great suggestions that made a huge difference for us. The job started on-time, as promised. Chris brings a special enthusiasm to the project which made us feel even more excited about the outcome. We felt he was more of a partner than just a contractor. A couple of other things which made Clean Cut stand out over the other contractors we have worked with: -They have their own dedicated garbage truck so all debris is removed from the house at the end of every day. There is no huge dumpster sitting in your driveway for weeks. I could hardly tell they were there except for the great work completed each day. -The team was at our house every day with the exception of weather delays or waiting for town inspections. We have had many contractors who disappear for several days which makes the project drag on for much more time than anticipated. The final results were gorgeous and far exceeded our expectations thanks to the careful planning and meticulous work done by Chris, his brother Anthony and their entire team who are all a pleasure to work with. Over the course of two months, I felt we were working with a group of friends, rather than a contractor. We are looking forward to our next project with Clean Cut. I know we have found our contractors for life!

Chris and his crew were incredible to deal with from start to finish. Our experience with them was nothing short of outstanding, leaving us with a stunning new deck and backyard space. First and foremost, the efficiency with which Clean Cut completed our project was impressive. They were extremely attentive to detail and made sure that they treated our home like it was their own. While constructing the project, they took the time to redo copper flashing on the side of our house facing the deck after they noticed there was water seepage from our back door and wood shingles. Even with some of the additional steps (and rain) that popped up during the project, they were committed to delivering quality results within a reasonable schedule and they worked with speed and precision to make it happen. Comments: Fantastic experience all around. We looked at a lot of options to upgrade our patio and make it a sweet space for entertaining and relaxing. The whole Clean Cut crew was really creative and had the know-how to work with the existing space, Chris gave me honest advice on what would be sustainable. Communication was A+ -- they were on top of all the permits I needed and had the experience to do everything the right way. They were really holistic, and replaced some faulty drainage and sealed my patio tiles. The end result is gorgeous! Even better than I could imagined. The amount of detailing on everything from the framing to the finishes was unbelievable. I'm so glad I didn't go with a franchise sunroom manufacturer, hire local independent contractors who care, you can't go wrong! The best descriptive words that I can give the outstanding performance by CCRS in building my deck worthy of an angle to stand on. The symmetry of the deck is crisp and straight. When the workers found termite damage on the house which prohibited the deck from being attached, they repaired the damage for a very reasonable fee. In the world of today where honest, hardworking, dependable, and professional contractors are so hard to find, I was so blessed to have found Chris and CCRS. They truly are a family owned and operated business. Every worker is literally a family member. Chris, the owner and foreman, his brother Anthony, and his stepson and brother in law are the core of their crew. Daisy, the office manager is the wife of Chris. She is very responsive and will always keep you informed on the progress of the project. I have dealt with other contractors in the past for various projects like replacing my roof, garage door, HVAC, and Water Heater and I can honestly say that CCRS IS THE MOST HONEST CONTRACTOR I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Period! I had to widen my driveway (asphalt but the drop-down category did not have that as a choice for some reason), Install a dry drain, fix the pavers on my front step, and repair a cracked concrete sidewalk. Before I hired CCRS, I asked for quotes from 7 different contractors. I made the decision to hire them because Chris was on time with our appointment, he was upfront with everything from the beginning. He gave me a complete estimate itemizing each work needed with cost, a contract with time frames, and a copy of their insurance. Out of 7, I met with, CCRS was the only one to do this. Some even told me I did not need a permit and some suggested that I do need a permit, but the town will never find out unless you have a nosy neighbor. CCRS did everything by the book with no surprise overrun costs. Chris and his crew are polite, efficient, very professional, and their work is excellent. Chris is very detail oriented and will make sure you are taken care of. Of course, all businesses are there to make money. But Chris and CCRS gave me the impression that profit is secondary to them with doing a great job and customer satisfaction is their first priority. What Chris and CCRS can offer you that other contractors cannot is peace of mind that your project will be completed professionally by a very caring and dependable crew. Comments: A robbery had taken place at our home and we needed someone to come in quickly to replace the doors which robbers had destroyed. By chance, we selected Chris and his team at Clean Cut Renovation Solutions LLC. Chris understood our situation both in our need for quick repairs and solid reconstruction and agreed to replace our doors the next day. We were so taken on how proficiently and professionally Chris, his brother Anthony and the rest of his crew came in and completed the door replacement we talked to Chris about several other repairs that I had planned to do on my own when I could around get to them. He gave me a fair price and reasonable dates for completion and I agreed to give CCR the work. I hate giving outside contractors work on my home because they don't treat it the way I would treat the repairs. Many contractors use substandard materials and cut corners on the workmanship. You don't get that with CCR. They have pride in their work they have a professional attitude and they treated the repairs on my home the way I would. The completion of each and every job they have done looks tremendous. All the jobs I've given them are multi-day jobs yet they clean up after finishing work each day so that you would not even know that I was in the middle of having work done. They have just finished their 3rd project here and we are asking them to bid on another one. I can recommend them without reservation of any kind. They are smart, professional, proficient in what they do and invisible when they are working. I have never run into a group of contractors like this and probably never will again.

Comments: Chris and his team renovated my bathroom and did some work in my kitchen and a second bathroom as well. I am thrilled with them! Everything came out looking amazing. They are honest, fair, and not only respectful but very helpful. Chris even took the time to shop with me for materials and help me decide what to get. I left some color decisions up to him and his crew and I couldn't have asked for anything better. This project took place during a stressful time for me (just had a baby and also in process of moving) and Chris made this renovation completely stress-free and smooth. Also, the cost was fair and both Chris and Joe went over the estimate in detail to make sure I understood everything. Comments: We hired CCR to build a two tier deck for our front entrance. We have a very unique house for the area and did not want a contractor proposing a simple “cookie cutter” plan of a basic wood deck. The house is a fairly massive A-Frame structure with red cedar wood siding. It is approximately 28 years old with the original stairs being constructed of a series of steps made from railroad ties. It is also in the middle of 3+ acres of woods. All this said, the challenge was to construct a deck that “fit” the house and looked as if it was part of the original architectural plans. I can say without hesitation that CCR exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Joe and Chris visited our house and listened attentively to our requirements. Within a day they had a computerized CAD design of the deck, which really alleviated our initial concerns. We knew they “got it” and understood we wanted to make this front deck the grand entrance the house was currently lacking. My wife and I also liked the fact it is a family owned and operated business. Once the plans were approved by the township, the project took only about 2.5 weeks to complete (even with some rain) which was according to the timeline they promised us. The project was made more complicated by the railroad tie retaining walls and stairs, but Chris, Anthony and their team carefully demo’ d the necessary structure of the railroad ties so that the deck “locked” into the design of the retaining walls. At the request of my wife, they even flared out the first level staircase which makes the deck look more formal and inviting. Every person that has seen the “before and after” look of the front entrance has complimented the extensive design and the craftsmanship. Great job and BIG “Thank you” to the entire team! We would definitely hire CCR again for our next big project.

Comments: After getting multiple estimates and spending two weeks interviewing various contractors; I made the decision to go with Clean Cut Renovations. I selected them because they had the best ideas/solutions from all the contractors that I interviewed. Price was important to but as they say, buy cheap you buy twice. They were not one of those high pressured companies that provide you with a lower price if you agree to sign a contract ASAP. They were honest and fair from the beginning. More about this topic later. They actually impressed with the thought process of how they were going to target the project and once again the solutions/ideas that they provided me with. They kept me informed throughout the entire project. I like to know what????????????s going on at all times, some people call it OCD . I am one of those google everything type of guys... I work in I.T . Sometimes it????????????s easy to pick a lower price company, but the ideas/solutions were just not creative enough for me or the company does just enough work. I wanted someone that gave me that good feeling from day one. Now onto the work that was completed by them. My house is a one level ranch built in 1967, it????????????s in Woodbridge NJ. The previous owners put aluminum siding over existing wood cedar shakes. They also had replacement windows installed 12 years ago and they were starting to leak. I had Clean Cut remove both layers of siding all the way down to the ply wood and all the windows were removed as well. They installed Tyvek, Rigid Foam Insulation and Double Dutch Lap (Vinyl Siding) along with all the new construction windows. Also new Gutters along with downspouts. They cleaned up any debris daily which made my neighbors happy as they are those type of people to quickly complain. Once everything was completed I could not have ask for a better contactor and now I personally think I have the best looking house on the block. At least I hope I do. Now back to the point about them being honest and fair. I wanted to do an additional project on the interior of the house and rather then they just taking the Job; he recommended that I not invest my money on the interior project. He gave me other ideas for the interior that were more economical and would increase the value in a more substantial way. A contactor that is willing to look out for the customer rather than line their pockets is ok in my book.
